    I came from the country, my parents were Country people & I have always prided myself on retaining my Country Hospitality but somewhere along the way this Gentleman has lost his.

    He not only missed out on selling me a new LNB but also lost the sale of the other items we wanted too!

    The Gentleman behind the counter must have had a really bad day before I went in to ask him a couple of simple questions about the LNB on our portable Vast System in view to purchasing a new one.

    I told him I didn't want him to come out that all I wanted to know was if he was open so I could come back in the morning to purchase a new LNB after testing the system out this afternoon!

    He was obviously a reluctant to serve me but was also not interested in answering any enquires despite being told that although I had the Dish & LNB etc in the car & that I was more than happy to pay him to test the LNB, he kept telling me he didn't climb up poles looking at Satelite Dishes anymore that there's not enough money in it to make it worthwhile.
